Samsung Galaxy A71 gets first security update before launch in India, fixes several bugs


New Delhi, Tech Desk. Samsung Galaxy A51 has been launched in India last month. Another smartphone of this series, Galaxy A71, is still awaiting launch in India. This smartphone was launched in December in Vietnam with the Galaxy A51. Now the first security patch for this smartphone has been rolled out. This security patch has been rolled out as build version A715FXXU1ATA7. After the update of this security patch, the overall system stability of the smartphone will be improved. The size of the January 2020 security patch is 4.54GB and comes with the OneUI 2.0 operating system based on Android 10. This update has been rolled out for European users.

Many bugs have also been fixed with this first security update. The device's local malicious apps have been fixed with the January 2020 update. Apart from this, addition permission has also been added to access any app so that the app can be accessed on the basis of user interaction requests. Also, remote information exposure of the device will also be prevented with this update. This OTA (over the air) update of the Samsung Galaxy A71 will be rolled out in a staggered manor. This update can be rolled out globally soon. Users can download this update by going to the settings of the smartphone.

Talking about the features of Samsung Galaxy A71 launched in Vietnam, it has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display. Its display has a resolution of 1,080 x 2,160 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20: 9. Quad rear camera setup has been given in the back of this smartphone. The phone has a 64-megapixel primary sensor, 12-megapixel ultra wide sensor, 5-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The phone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor.
